Secret Admirer

Britney's Marriage Proposal

britney spears, moby, marriage,

Bald producer Moby claims he's in love with the troubled popstar…

Britney Spears has a new admirer in the shape of Moby- who has proclaimed his undying love to troubled singer and even claimed he wants to marry her!

He said: "The fatter she gets, the weirder she gets, the more I love her. I found her moderately appealing in the late 90s, but now I would marry her in a heartbeat!"

Moby has said he thinks Britney's mental health and relationship problems are down to her being a child star.

The producer said: "She became an international icon aged 16… it's breaking my heart because ultimately she's not doing things on a symbolic level.

"Cutting your hair off is symbolic. Losing your children and becoming a drug addict is not."

Back on How I met your Mother?

Spears back on How I Met Your Mother?

How I Met Your MotherI'm a huge fan of CBS' How I Met Your Mother. However, I'm not a Britney Spears fan, especially due to everything she did this past year. So when CBS announced a few weeks ago that Spears would guest star on the show, I was not a happy camper.

That said, after watching the episode "Ten Sessions," I had to admit that Britney Spears gave a good enough performance as Abby, the crazy office assistant. But I was hoping that this would be the last we would see of Abby. The TV Fairy didn't hear my plea and decided that Spears could return for one more episode ... if planets aligned.

Even if she only had a minor role in the episode, Spears' appearance on HIMYM helped the show get record ratings. This big ratings push and the good press Brit got from this gig are probably the main reasons why both the show and Britney Spears are trying to have her return one more time. TV Guide's Michael Ausiello reports that Britney Spears' return as Ted's stalker will depend on her availability.

I'm torn by this announcement. I don't like Britney much but her appearance on the show helped get the needed ratings for a possible renewal (the show is still on the bubble). If it can help this gem of a show get another season, I guess I'm all for Spears returning as Abby and stalk Ted some more.

What do you think about this announcement? Should Spears come back? Let your voice be heard in comments below.

Crazy Skinny

Britney Spears' Revealing Slim-Down Tips

Regular workouts and a healthier diet helps star shed pounds

slimbrit

Pop star Britney Spears, who's recently battled weight issues, surprised fans with a slimmer figure during her appearance last week on the hit CBS show How I Met You Mother.

Once known for exercising religiously and doing 1,000 crunches a day, Britney's weight has yo-yo'ed in recent years to coincide with her erratic behavior. But insiders tell OK! magazine the star has really been cleaning up her act, incorporating regular workouts, dancing and embracing a healthy diet. So how did she do it? "Britney's a pro at losing weight fast," a Spears insider told OK. "She can drop 7-10 pounds in two weeks."

The 5-foot-4 singer has been eating five small, protein-packed meals a day and now avoids fast food and soda (once staples of her daily diet). "Eating five meals a day will boost your metabolism," Dr. David Katzin of Fresh Diet, a meal delivery program told OK!. "By eating superclean, balanced foods at each of your five meals, you will find that your metabolism goes into overdrive, becoming extremely efficient at burning calories."

Britney has also reportedly been enjoying daily dance workouts at Millennium Dance Complex in L.A., supplemented by regular running on her home treadmill. Hopefully Brit will keep herself clean and healthy as she blazes a comeback trail. Remember, Brit: Good health is your most important asset. Keep it up!

Britney Spears is cleansing her system of toxins thanks to regular colonic sessions, according to reports.

The 'Toxic' singer has been making regular trips to a Beverly Hills clinic as part of a bid to adopt a new positive lifestyle after a year of mental health issues.

A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Cleansing a few times a week gets rid of lingering stuff in the colon. Britney's had the treatment before and says it makes her feel great, more upbeat and energetic."
